Please check with your insurance provider concerning your benefits because there are limitations and restrictions depending on the service and diagnosis.  Most insurance companies have medical, physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture benefits available depending on your policy and we are providers for most insurance companies. We file your insurance company for you so you can focus on getting well. Please feel free to call us if you have questions or concerns about billing and cost of treatments.  We have convenient payment plans available and accept cash, Visa and Mastercard.
